How is data anonymized?

We do not collect  personal data then anonymise it – the analytics data is anonymous to start with when provided to us. With regards to IP addresses, these are  only collected by our servers in the course of providing signposting content, the same as with any website you visit. The data is held within server logs for a maximum of two weeks.
