Financial Wellbeing Month 2025: Building Stronger Workplaces

R;pple is thrilled to announce the second and expanded edition of the Financial Wellbeing Month, taking place in April 2025!

A collaborative initiative between FinWELL Training, R;pple Suicide Prevention, and Mental Health First Aid England, Financial Wellbeing Month (#FWM25) tackles the critical link between financial stress, mental health challenges, and suicide prevention in the workplace.

Through events, resources, and expert guidance, we shed light on these essential yet stigmatised areas, helping workplaces to address them, improve employee wellbeing, and increase overall resilience and productivity.

Building on 2024's success of 15+ virtual sessions with 20+ experts speakers, 1,000+ employee registrations, and 100+ supporting organisations, #FWM25 introduces a sector-specific focus to help industry leaders share best practices and drive meaningful change.
