Are you interested in contributing to research aimed at improving suicide prevention? As part of our research, University of Lancashire are seeking individuals to take part in a study evaluating the R;pple suicide prevention tool.
The study involves a one-to-one interview (via Microsoft Teams or in person) where your experiences with the tool will be discussed and how it can be improved. The interview will last approximately 60–90 minutes, and your input will help refine the tool and contribute to suicide prevention efforts.
If you are aged 18 or over, have been intercepted by the R;pple tool during harmful online searches, and feel comfortable discussing your experiences, your participation would be greatly appreciated. You must also be living in the UK.
Your privacy matters – all responses will remain anonymous, and your information will be handled securely.
Given the sensitive nature of the topic, a trained mental health professional will be present to provide support if needed.
If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact Dr Kathryn Gardner at KJGardner@uclan.ac.uk or Bushra Shah at BAShah1@uclan.ac.uk.
You can read the Participant Information Sheet here.
