Protecting Employee Mental Health – 2025 and Beyond
Join us for a compelling and forward-looking conversation with workplace wellbeing leaders as we discuss one of the most urgent issues facing organisations today: employee mental health.

In a time when the line between work and life continues to blur and expectations of employers grow, this event will explore how organisations can lead with empathy, innovation, and measurable impact.

This is not your typical webinar - expect open conversations, honest lessons, and actionable takeaways.

We will talk about:

  • The state of employee mental health – Key findings from R;pple’s latest research: how employees are really feeling, and what they expect from employers today.
  • The ROI of mental health initiatives – How wellbeing investment translates into better performance, engagement, and retention – and how to prove it.
  • Cross-industry perspectives – From tech to transport, we will compare experiences across industries. What unique challenges are they experiencing, and what strategies are proving universal? What’s working, what’s not, and why?
  • Emerging trends and innovations – How is technology reshaping the way we support employee mental health?
  • Global insights - What can we learn from international best practices and culturally inclusive approaches to wellbeing?

Whether you’re looking to refine your wellbeing strategy, improve employee engagement, or stay ahead of emerging trends, this roundtable will equip you with insights, real-world examples, actionable takeaways and a renewed perspective on protecting employee mental health in 2025 and beyond.
