Festival Raises Awareness About Suicide to Help R;pple Tool Reach More People in Crisis

With the Online SafetyBill going through Parliament, the issue of harmful content on the internet and social media sites is in the public eye.

But two years ago a woman from Gosport went about developing her own way of tackling the issue. Following her brother’s suicide, Alice Hendy developed a piece of software to intercept harmful content which is now available around the world.

Last weekend she put on a festival to raise awareness about suicide and to fundraise for her charity R;pple so that it can reach more people in crisis.
