The Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) are a charity hosted by Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust that aims to empower, educate, and equip individuals and organisations to support suicide awareness and prevention.
ZSA provide free suicide awareness training programs that teach individuals how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts.
In the new 2024 editions of their Suicide-Awareness Training and Autism and Suicide Awareness Training ZSA signpost to R;pple, recognising the importance of utilising and implementing R;pple's life-saving technology as part of a holistic approach to suicide prevention.
These free training sessions are a hugely valuable resource in empowering, educating, and equipping individuals and organisations with the basics needed to support suicide awareness and prevention.
We encourage everyone to make the time for them and to explore ZSA's website for more suicide prevention resources.
