Can a business see that R;pple has been activated by a user?

No data or personally identifiable information is captured by the extension and R;pple is not able to determine any organisational or individual identifiable data from the metrics that are collected. However, we can provide very high-level organisational information in the sense that we could tell you how many times R;pple has been ‘activated’ within your organisation. This is at the organisation’s discretion, and we would not be able to tell you any more information other than ‘R;pple has been activated X times within your organisation’.
