How often are updates made to the dictionary of keywords and how are these updates rolled-out?

Updates follow no fixed schedule. New words have so far slipped into other developments and been published with the same. Updated keywords will be published ad hoc if no other developments are waiting. The cadence of release is just over quarterly at the moment.
